Project questions

What clients ask before feasibility

Can you build to a restaurant brand design?

Yes. We can adapt a brand concept to a repeatable structural and envelope system while allowing site-specific façade and planning changes.

Is kitchen equipment included?

Specialist kitchen equipment is normally supplied and installed by the client’s kitchen contractor unless specifically included in the written scope.

Can the building support extraction and heavy services?

Openings and routes can be coordinated, but the specialist design, loads and local approvals must be provided and confirmed for each project.

Can one format be used on several sites?

Yes. A controlled kit can retain the structural grid and core details while adapting entrances, façade, orientation and local compliance.

What do you need to estimate a restaurant?

Send the site, floor plan, seat count, kitchen concept, façade brief, services assumptions, programme and required finish level.

Feasibility review

Send the location, plans and unit schedule.

We will review the structural concept, repeatability, logistics and information required for an initial commercial discussion.
