Unless a signed quotation states otherwise, displayed prices may exclude VAT, transport, crane work, foundations, permits, local architectural services, utility connections, site preparation, furniture and project-specific options.

Local approvals

A modular house intended as a permanent building normally requires local planning, engineering and construction approvals. The client is responsible for confirming the legal status of the land and local requirements with qualified professionals.

Quotations and contracts

An enquiry or online calculation is not a binding offer. Scope, specification, payment schedule, delivery, warranty and responsibilities become binding only in a written contract signed by the parties.
