How cooperation starts

How cooperation starts

01

Project brief

Country, drawings, quantities, programme and target specification.

02

Technical review

We review structure, repetition, logistics, fire and local interfaces.

03

Commercial scope

Inclusions, exclusions, options, milestones and payment terms are written clearly.

04

Production plan

Engineering, manufacturing, quality control, delivery sequence and installation scope.

01

Modulhauses scope

  • LGSF engineering and manufacturing
  • Galvanised steel structure and insulated envelope
  • Factory quality control and documented specification
  • Production scheduling and delivery coordination

02

Local project scope

  • Land, surveys and planning permission
  • Local architect and statutory approvals
  • Foundation and external utility connections
  • Site access, crane and temporary works

B2B BRIEF

Qualified project review

Send enough information for an engineering and commercial discussion—not another round of generic emails.

01–06

Qualified project review

  • Country, city and project address
  • Company, role and decision-maker
  • Concept, drawings or architectural brief
  • Total area and planned units / hotel rooms
  • Land and planning status
  • Target start, phasing and investment range

SERIAL LGSF DELIVERY

Define the programme before we price the building system

For housing clusters, aparthotels, staff accommodation and phased developments, we prepare a project-specific delivery route: engineering, galvanised LGSF production, insulated envelope, factory quality control and coordinated delivery or assembly scope.

PROJECT BRIEF

What we need to assess capacity and programme

  • Planned number of units, floors and repeatable types
  • Target gross area and required specification level
  • Site country, city and intended construction method
  • Drawings, concept or room schedule when available
  • Planned construction start and phasing sequence
  • Required scope: frame, envelope, panels, modules or coordinated assembly

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you work from our architect’s drawings?

Yes. We review and adapt the design to modular, panelised or site-built LGSF production, subject to engineering and local approval.

What information is needed for a first review?

Country and city, drawings, total area, quantities, required start date, specification and company details.

Are transport and foundations included?

They are quoted separately unless the signed commercial scope expressly includes them.

How are payments structured?

The standard framework is 30% at order, 30% after completion of the structure and 40% before dispatch, subject to the final contract.

Can you supply a serial LGSF project for on-site assembly?

Yes. Depending on the project, the agreed scope can include engineered galvanised LGSF components, insulated envelope elements, production planning, delivery coordination and an assembly scope. The exact solution is confirmed after technical review and local project requirements.
