We review the specific destination, route, unit dimensions, site access, unloading and crane requirements before confirming delivery. These costs are calculated separately from the house package.
We provide the agreed technical information for our scope. The plot-specific planning and approvals must be confirmed by the responsible local architect or professional in Germany.
It is an insulated 150 mm galvanised LGSF structural shell with timber façade, roof, exterior windows, OSB internal lining and defined electrical installation. Finishing, interior doors, kitchen, bathroom and furniture are excluded unless stated in the written specification.
Yes. We calculate repeated rooms, cabins, villas and service buildings as a coordinated project, including the manufacturing sequence and delivery assumptions.
