Delivery is a planned construction stage, not an afterthought. This guide helps a buyer or developer prepare the right information before requesting a transport calculation.

Route and dimensions

Transport is planned from the agreed module dimensions, weight, factory loading method and the exact destination. Access roads, junctions, overhead restrictions, border crossings and local abnormal-load rules can change the delivery solution. A route is not approved from a map alone; the logistics plan is confirmed for the actual project.

Crane and unloading

The crane, unloading position, reach and ground bearing capacity must be coordinated before dispatch. The crane operator, access window and lifting plan are normally part of the local site package unless the signed scope says otherwise. This prevents a finished unit arriving before the plot is ready to receive it.

Site readiness before dispatch

Foundations, levels, drainage, utility interfaces and safe vehicle access should be ready before the delivery date. For permanent buildings, local permits and inspection requirements remain project-specific. Our production team coordinates the agreed technical interfaces; the local approval team confirms the site solution.

What the initial price does — and does not — include

A factory house price and a delivery price are different calculations. Transport, lifting, foundations, permits, VAT, local utility works and site-specific changes are calculated separately unless included in the written offer. Review the house specification first, then send the country and plot details for an exact delivery route.

Delivery FAQ

Can one truck carry more than one home?

It depends on the model dimensions, country rules, route and loading plan. We confirm this only after the logistics review.

Who arranges the crane?

Usually the local client or project team arranges it; the required lifting information is coordinated before dispatch.

Can delivery be planned before permits are ready?

A preliminary route and budget can be discussed, but final dispatch should follow the approved project programme and prepared site.

Plan the delivery route before production is released

Send the country, model or gross area, plot location, access photos and target installation date. For hotel or aparthotel schemes, include the first phase and number of units.
