This guide helps investors compare construction options before a technical offer is prepared.
When finished modules make sense
Factory-finished modules work well when the building repeats compact units, road transport is manageable and the site allows crane access. Their strength is controlled factory work and predictable repetition.
When on-site LGSF is the better answer
For a larger footprint, public areas, long corridors, bespoke plans, multiple floors or complex logistics, we can engineer and assemble the LGSF structure directly on the permanent foundation. The building remains a conventional approved construction, not a stack of containers.
Do not compare only €/m²
A serious comparison includes foundation, transport, crane, assembly, fire strategy, acoustic requirements, façade, MEP, local labour, permits and the time value of opening earlier. The cheapest structural number can be the most expensive total project.
Use one decision matrix
Compare the same programme under both options: site, number of units, gross area, floors, local approvals, logistics, finishes and opening date. This turns the choice into a business decision rather than a slogan.
