This guide helps investors compare construction options before a technical offer is prepared.

Project use and location

State the country, city, intended use and target opening date. Climate, wind, seismic rules, fire category and delivery route depend on the exact site.

Plans and gross area

Send available plans, sections, elevations, gross floor area and number of storeys. A sketch is sufficient for an initial discussion; it must later be coordinated with licensed local designers.

Programme and repetition

Describe room types, unit count, bathrooms, service areas, terraces, corridors and shared spaces. Repetition is valuable only when the typical unit is clearly defined.

Scope and commercial target

Specify whether you need structural production only, an envelope package or a more complete building scope. Tell us the intended budget range and legal buyer type so the offer is commercial as well as technical.

Site readiness

Clarify land ownership, access, foundations, utilities, permits and the intended start. Modulhauses can produce and assemble the agreed building scope; foundations and local approvals are assessed separately.

Start a project

Send country, drawings, gross area, intended use, number of units and target start. We will assess the appropriate production and assembly route.
